Mindful Springtime Bingo
In these times, it can be tough to find joy and comfort when you may not be able to do the things you enjoy doing most. Many of us have to learn to be content by ourselves when our contact with others is limited. This is the perfect time to reawaken your childlike sense of nature. Making a point of noticing the signs of Spring can cheer you up. Thinking forward to longer warmer days can help to wipe away the winter chill and any sadness we may be feeling.
Thanks to our mindfulness committee at Trigon Hotels, we have put together a few suggestions on what to see and do this week. You can do these things while adhering to government guidelines, or feel free to download our template to add your own ideas! Mark off each activity as you complete it. Don’t forget to share with friends to help cheer them up, or share your pictures on social media #HotelAtHome – we’d love to see them!

Download our Mindful Springtime Bingo sheet, print and place it somewhere noticeable.
Mark off the items as you do them each day, taking photos as you go.
At the end of the week, make a collage of images you’ve taken throughout the week and stick into a frame to remind you of all the good things in your life.
FAMILY & FRIENDS CHALLENGE
Send the Mindful Springtime Bingo sheet to your family and friends. Mark off the items as you do them each day.
At the end of the week, whoever has completed the most challenges wins, and everyone must join a video call for a dance party to the winner’s happy springtime music playlist they created.
Make a list of the things you would like to read, do, see or make this month. Add them to our Mindful Springtime Bingo Template.
Share the template with friends and ask them to make their own list. Every week, a different friend must share their list with the group.
The group must decide to complete one challenge from their friend’s list! Opening yourself to your friends ideas can be a fun way to keep in touch and bond during lockdown.
