Conference & Ballroom
Our conference venue and ballroom is ideal for larger events, including forums, conferences, corporate occasions, award nights, team and group celebrations and corporate wellbeing and training events.
We can cater for up to 350 delegates in our fully fitted ballroom, with its own private bar, toilet facilities and breakout space for refreshment breaks. The ballroom can be divided into 2 individual spaces, making it the perfect place for a day-long conference.
The Ballroom is equipped with an LCD Projector, dropdown screen, podium & roving microphone with built-in PA system. It is also equipped with air conditioning, plenty of natural light and free high-speed WiFi.
Head Chef, Martin creates bespoke delegate menus for refreshment breaks, lunches and executive dinners using locally sourced produce. All diets and special requests can be catered for. Alternatively delegates can choose to dine in the New Yorker restaurant, or we can arrange private dining for your needs.
We offer you and your delegates complimentary parking onsite. Our proximity to Cork Airport (5 minutes) makes us a leading venue in Cork for international conferences across the medical, tech, legal and business industries.
Should your delegates wish to stay in the hotel during the conference, we can offer you a special delegate rate for overnight stays at the hotel.
