BANANA JUNGLE BOWL
Need a power up boost? With everyone squeezing in extra home workouts and the sun coming out to play, our Chef Martin has shared this delicious (and super instgrammable) Banana Jungle Bowl recipe, packed full of fruity goodness to give you the power up you need.
The trick here is that spinach is packed full of vitamins A, C and K and offers wonderful health benefits such as reducing oxidative stress and blood pressure levels, but it’s not always easy to work it into a recipe. Martin’s Banana Bowl recipe is so delicious, you’ll be back for seconds and you won’t even notice you’re eating spinach!
Give it a go and see for yourself:
- Handful of Spinach
- 100ml coconut milk
- 20g almond butter
- 1 banana
- 50g granola
- ½ mango
- 80g pineapple
- 4 strawberries.
- Ground flax seeds.
- Blend the spinach coconut and almond butter for 30 seconds.
- Pour into bowl add strawberries, mango, pineapple.
- Sprinkle with granola and flax seeds.
- Take a photo and share!
