Mandy Young is Director of Revenue at Trigon Hotels, where she leads the commercial and revenue strategy across the group’s hotels, combining extensive experience in revenue management, marketing and business growth. Having started her career in Paris, she brings an international perspective and a genuine passion for hospitality, travel and creating exceptional guest experiences. Mandy lives in Cork with her husband, who is French, and their two children. Outside of work, she loves discovering new destinations, experiencing different cultures and sharing the joy of travel with her family.
