Expect to see a refreshed take on some of the city’s most iconic dishes, including the legendary Waldorf Salad. First crafted in the late 1800s at New York’s Waldorf Hotel, this version brings in a little taste of Cork with smoked Gubbeen cheese.

Love pasta? You can’t miss the Rigatoni alla Vodka, inspired by the famous spicy rigatoni served at Carbone, one of New York’s hottest restaurants. It’s a rich and indulgent dish that’s sure to have you feeling like you’re dining in the heart of Manhattan. And if you’re more into a classic roast, the Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip Roast will hit the spot, complete with all the comforting sides like mac & cheese and roasted yams.
