Is Cork International Hotel Open?

Cork International Hotel is open in line with government guidelines. Packages and offers are now available to book online HERE.

What cleaning products are used at the Cork International Hotel?

All cleaning products are HSE approved disinfectants that meet requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses and bacteria. We will continuously review all advice and guidelines from governing bodies to ensure that we are compliant and providing the most safe and trusted environment for
you. For any reason if you wish to discuss your stay in relation to these measures please do pick up the phone and we would be delighted to have a conversation.

 

Is Cork international Hotel accepting international visitors?

We would like to advise all our guests that we are adhering to the Irish Government Guidelines for Covid 19. According to our government guidelines, persons arriving into Ireland from overseas are required to isolate and restrict their movements for 14 days after arrival in the country. When travelling into Ireland you will be required by law to fill out this Passenger Locator Form. Under The Covid – 19 protocols for international travel The Irish Government have issued a green list of countries which are exempt from compulsory 14 day quarantining.

Unfortunately if your country of origin is not on the list you do have to isolate for a period of 14 days. Please download and complete this form HERE and send to our reception team at reception@corkinternationalhotel.com

Is Cork International Hotel serving food?

Yes the Cork International Hotel is serving food. The New Yorker Bar & Restaurant is operating from The Atlantic (right next door) to facilitate social distancing and provide more space to our visitors.

The New Yorker Restaurant is serving food from 12pm – 10pm daily.

Please contact our reservations team on +353 (0) 21 454 9800. Please note we are experiencing more calls that usual during this time. We will endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible.

 

Is the New Yorker Bar & Restaurant in the Cork International Hotel Open?

Yes the Cork International Hotel is serving food. The New Yorker Bar & Restaurant is operating from The Atlantic (right next door) to facilitate social distancing and provide more space to our visitors.

The New Yorker Restaurant is serving food from 12pm – 10pm daily.

 

Can I order room service?

Can I still  make a booking online?

Yes, you can make a booking online. You will not be able to make a booking for a date which we are closed. Should circumstances change, our team will be in touch to offer you a full refund on any non-prepaid rate.

 

Will facilities be open at Cork International Hotel?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, there will be some changes to the opening hours and capacity of some of our facilities.

Can I get cancel my booking for the Cork International Hotel?

Existing Reservations: All reservations – even those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase or pre-pay”) – that are scheduled for arrival before July 12, 2020, can be changed to an alternative date at no charge up to 12 noon on the day of arrival.

New reservations: Any reservation you make – except those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase”/”Prepay”) – that are booked after April 30th 2020 for any future arrival date, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 12 noon on the day of your arrival.

 

Can I cancel a booking for the Cork International Hotel made on Booking.com?

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

 

Can I cancel a booking for the Cork International Hotel made on Expedia.com?

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

 

Can I get my Cork International Hotel Voucher extended? 

Please contact our reception team on +353 (0) 21 454 9800 to make an extension request . Of course we are trying our utmost to be as flexible as possible during this period. We will do our best to honour these vouchers where possible.
